I did contract paperwork 2/1, Melissa posted listing 2/2 & by 2/3 had 5-6 showings lined up for 2/4. I had friends staying in my condo that week so she worked with them for timing showings as to not inconvienence them. We only showed that Thursday & had an offer over asking that we accepted.

I truely can't say enough about Melissa, and all she did to help us through this purchase!! We had many challenges with the sellers...and she was always caring and concerned about what was fair to us as the buyers. No matter when I emailed or texted her, she always got back to me quickly!!!

We even had an issue that interferred with an evening out with her husband, and she still took the time to help me deal with it!!! She certainly went above and beyond that night!!

I felt like we were dealing with a "friend" that really cared about us, and helping us to get our Florida home! I will highly recommend her to anyone looking for a home!
